ABOUT HARALD BJERGA
Pastor Harald returned to northwest Ohio after spending 4 years in Elizabeth, CO where he worked for the Douglas County School District. Harald previously spent nearly 7 years here at Grace, serving as the Student Ministries pastor from 1999- 2003 and Associate Pastor from 2003- 2006.
Pastor Harald has also served as a youth pastor at his home church outside of Chicago, IL; Director of Programming at Maranatha Bible Camp in Maxwell, NE; Director of Educational Ministries at Crossroads Baptist Church in Northglenn, CO and Senior Pastor at Cornerstone Community Church in Hagerstown, MD.
Harald received his Bachelor of Arts of Pastoral Ministries from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL and has some graduate level courses completed in Biblical Counseling. He was licensed and ordained in 2006.
Harald’s wife, Kim, received her Bachelor of Arts in Christian Education from Moody Bible Institute and has worked as a receptionist/administrative assistant in different companies and schools. Harald and Kim have three children: Sarah who is a professional artist; Hagan who is working on his mechanical engineering degree; and Elizabeth (Ellie) who is working on her general education before choosing a degree and college.
Harald enjoys hunting, fishing, remodeling, camp fires with friends and a good cup of coffee.
